Despite best efforts, there may be a small number of mispriced items in the
database. Rest assured, however, we verifies prices as part of confirmation
procedures. If an item's correct price is lower than the stated price, the lower
amount will be charged. If an item's correct price is higher than the stated
price, you will be contacted for instructions or cancel your order and notify
you of such cancellation.
The corresponding reservation amount will be charged to your credit card once
submitted and reservation status shows confirmed.

Reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival date are subject to
a charge of 10% of the total amount of the reservation.
Reservations cancelled 14 - 2 days prior to arrival date are subject to 2 night
charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hrs prior to arrival or no shows are 100% non-refundable.
Christmas, New Year’s and Easter:
Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival date are subject
to a charge of 10% of the total amount of the reservation.
Reservations cancelled 30 - 22 days prior to arrival date are subject to a
3 night charge.
Cancellations made within 21 days prior to arrival or no shows are 100% non-refundable.
Tours & Transportation:
Reservations cancelled more than 2 days prior to arrival date are subject to
a charge of 10% of the total amount of the reservation.
Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to arrival date or no shows are 100%
non-refundable
